Work the client, understand the pain, record the discovery call. The engine turns it into a vetted quote; the internal tech pool delivers the work. You stay the face; you never manage delivery. Your sales copilot in the dashboard answers pricing, process and objection questions from our vetted bank — a usable script, never a guess.
The money. 50/50 — always, computed on what clears and paid as the client pays; you never need an agency to earn it. A $3k/mo retainer ≈ $1,456/mo to you, recurring — and you never wrote a line of code. Plus 1 point per $1 of client revenue. The builder who delivers it is paid from the HusslAI side, never yours.
Who thrives here. You want to make deals and close — without getting bogged down in pipelines, backend work, or managing people. Clean line: sell, hand off, get paid, repeat.
🔧 Tech — pick a gig, ship it, get paid
An internal gig board (think Fiverr, but curated): every project posts with requirements and a fixed price. You decide if it's worth it — accept or pass, take as many as you can ship.
The money. Fixed project fees, not commission. The price is on the gig before you accept it; milestones release pay as they're accepted.

HusslAI runs underneath, invisible to your clients, with the tech pool on tap when you need muscle — and your clients get a branded project portal with an AI assistant. You get the client package for your own business — audit, branded deck, prototype dashboard — as part of joining.
The money. You run both models, deal by deal — the split follows the build. 80/20 in your favor when your own team delivers it; 50/50 when the platform's tech pool delivers it — with HusslAI guaranteeing completion, and the builder paid from our side, not yours.

We're a startup and still working out the exact numbers as we learn what things cost at scale: splits and pricing are subject to change — but changes don't reach back. Any project already in your pipeline is grandfathered on the terms it started under, and what you've properly earned stays earned.
