How we handle your data

What we collect

Name, email, what you tell us in a questionnaire or on a call, and the transcript if you share one.

Who sees it

The partner you're working with and the HusslAI team supporting the work.

Your data is never sold and never used to train AI.

The AI part

HusslAI runs client work only on paid business-tier AI accounts under our own keys — never free or consumer AI tools — with provider training on your data disabled; especially sensitive material is processed locally or under zero-retention settings, and we can show you exactly which providers touch your data and what they retain.

If you connect Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Photos)

Connecting Google is optional. There are separate connections, and you choose each one yourself:

Your assistant (from your dashboard): it asks only for what your assistant needs for the jobs you give it. That means reading and sending email, reading and managing your calendar, and reading and managing your Drive files, including deleting them when you ask. The Google sign-in for this connection is kept by our assistant service, not stored in this hub.

Availability (on the availability and setup pages): it reads only your calendar's busy times, so meetings aren't booked over them. Its Google sign-in is stored encrypted in the hub's database.

Google Photos (from your dashboard, a separate choice): Google's photo picker shows you your own library, and we only ever receive the photos and videos you pick there, never the rest of your library. The picked originals are copied into your own Google Drive, in a "Raw Content / From Google Photos" folder, so your assistant can use them; we keep no other copy once the upload is done. Disconnecting Google Photos removes only Photos. Disconnecting Gmail, Calendar or Drive on the dashboard also disconnects Google Photos, because Google treats them as one connection for our app.

We use this data only to provide those features to you. Like everything else here, it is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. People don't read it except with your permission (for example, to fix a problem you report), for security, or where the law requires it.

You can disconnect from the same page or from your Google account settings. When the page confirms the disconnect, the assistant can no longer reach what you disconnected. Removing access in your Google account settings always works too. Disconnecting doesn't erase what the assistant already did or saved for you; to have that removed, see Deleting your data.

HusslAI's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
